Startia Operadora, S.L. is committed to making its website accessible in accordance with Spanish Law 11/2023 (transposing Directive (EU) 2019/882, the European Accessibility Act), which applies to electronic communications services and e-commerce, using EN 301 549 and WCAG 2.2 level AA as references.

1. Compliance status

This website is partially compliant with WCAG 2.2 AA. Measures include: verified colour contrast (navy on white 17:1, STARTIA blue 5.1:1), full keyboard navigation with visible focus, skip-to-content link, heading structure, alternative text, labelled forms and responsive design.

2. Non-accessible content

The two-factor activation QR code has a text alternative (manual key). We are reviewing the compatibility of some components with screen readers.
